• What stood out to you from the passage?

• Kit described the Christian "walk" as a body of work, not a checklist. Looking honestly at the overall pattern of your life, what does it reflect about who you are following?

• John says claiming to have no sin makes God a liar (v. 10). Why do you think it's tempting for Christians to minimize or deny their sin? What makes honest confession difficult?

• Kit shared that joy became complete for him when he saw others "get it" — understanding the gospel and sharing it. Who in your life needs to hear the gospel? What would it take for you to share it with them?

• Kit emphasized Life Group as essential to the Christian walk — not optional. What role does your community play in keeping you in the light? If you are not in community, what is one step you could take this week?
